Telephone Consultations

green_telephoneDoctors and nurses are available to give telephone advice where appropriate.  Our receptionists' will ask you which GP you usually see about your problem and will then take your details to pass onto the GP. The receptionist may be able to give you an approximate time that the Dr will telephone you back. For non-urgent advice, messages can be left for the doctor to contact you at their earliest convenience. To speak with our nurse, the receptionist will take your details and inform the nurse on duty that day.

The Practice Nurse will telephone you back as soon as possible.  Please make it clear to our receptionist if the problem is of an urgent nature.

You may be asked to call back at a specific time.
