When We Are Closed
Devon ICB is responsible for commissioning the Out of Hours Services which is provided by 'Patient Partner Group' On Call. If you need a doctor for an emergency outside normal surgery hours an answer machine message at the surgery will inform you how to make contact with Patient Partners ( Phone 111).
Alternatively you may telephone directly to Out-of-Hours service on 111. A trained receptionist will take details of your problem and the on-call doctor will contact you and will either give telephone advice, arrange for you to attend the treatment centre, or visit you at home if appropriate.
Please note that all initial contacts to the Out of Hours Doctors are recorded.
